Esther joins S4G with a passion for structure, collaboration, and delivery excellence. Currently completing her Master of Global Project Management at Torrens University, she’s already built an impressive track record supporting technology-driven projects and cross-functional teams in Australia.

💼 Her toolkit includes:
• End-to-end project coordination — defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation across clients and consultants
• Project reporting and RAID management with MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet
• Process optimisation and documentation to enhance delivery frameworks

Before joining S4G, Esther contributed to several IT and business transformation projects in South Australia — including manufacturing and distribution systems that automated key operations from invoicing to inventory. Her drive for continuous improvement and team alignment makes her a standout collaborator in every project she leads.
