Program & Project Management

S4G Consultants have a strong background in delivery management and strive to ensure the Delivery Roadmap created during the initial architecture engagement is a success for our customers. We provide Program and Project Management services to implement the strategic vision of our customers, manage implementation partners, ensure delivery aligns to the Architecture Roadmap and confirm the quality of delivery.

Our consultants pride themselves on setting up the necessary governance structures to support the successful delivery of the portfolio / program and support the ongoing implementation for our customers. We are also well versed in delivering major programs / projects in complex cloud environments including Azure and AWS.

Implementation

While S4G Consulting is not an implementation partner at it’s core, we have several partners we work closely with to support delivery for our clients. We use our architecture knowledge and delivery expertise to support our partners and we provide overall governance during implementation to deliver value to our customers.
