S4G's Blueprint 3.0 Launch Event: A Success
We recently hosted the launch of BluePrint 3.0, our approach to business led Enterprise Architecture. Our CTO, Harsh Mishra shared with 35 of our customers and partners, our method to;
· Defining the core organisational capabilities of a business
· Aligning technology with organisation vision and objectives
· Designing future state technology blueprints
· Creating a roadmap to deliver incremental, measurable business value.
We were privileged to hear from three of our customers, all in very different stages of their technology transformation journey, sharing their experiences in the BluePrint approach:
Super SA’s Tony Camporeale – talking about using the BluePrint to engage the business and help articulate how technology investment can support business value.
Department for Energy and Mining’s Jason Foster – using the activation roadmap to enable Department wide technical capabilities (Data, Integration, Analytics) and create the platform to transform critical business systems.
Australian Rail and Track Corporation’s Chad Beard – spoke of the role the BluePrint played in their event driven architecture, to allow ARTC to monitor and manage events across the 8,500km’s of track they support across Australia.
